RefriTrak provides search and filtering tools to help you quickly find cylinders in your inventory.
Quick Search
Using the Search Bar
The search bar at the top of the Cylinders page searches:
- Serial numbers
- QR codes
- Descriptions
- Refrigerant types
- Cylinder types
How to Search:
- Navigate to Cylinders
- Type in the search bar
- Results update as you type
- Click a cylinder to view details
Filtering Cylinders
Filter by Status
Show cylinders by their current status:
- EMPTY - No refrigerant
- PARTIAL - Contains some refrigerant
- FULL - At or near capacity
- IN_USE - Currently on a job
- FOR_SALE - Available for sale
- NEEDS_SERVICE - Requires maintenance
Filter by Location
Show cylinders at a specific location:
- Shop or warehouse
- Customer locations
- All locations
Filter by Vehicle
Show cylinders on vehicles:
- Specific technician's truck
- All vehicles
- Not on vehicles (location-based only)
Filter by Refrigerant Type
Find cylinders containing specific refrigerant:
- R-410A
- R-22
- R-134a
- Other types
Best Practices
Keep Descriptions Clear
Use consistent descriptions:
- Include capacity: "30 lb Recovery"
- Include color: "Blue 50 lb"
- Include purpose: "Shop Reclaim"
Update Status Regularly
Accurate status helps search:
- Mark empty when refrigerant is removed
- Update to IN_USE when deployed
- Change to NEEDS_SERVICE when issues arise

Assign cylinders to locations:
- Makes finding them easier
- Helps plan service calls
- Improves inventory accuracy
